Train Trader was initially established in Sydney in the late 1980's. In 2002, the business was purchased by Nick and Brent, and since then Train Trader has developed into the "best little train shop in the southern hemisphere"!

TRAIN TRADER is now widely recognised as the southern hemisphere's leading retailer of new and pre-owned electric model trains, accessories and fixtures, and Sydney's largest specialist model train shop and repairer.

Brent and Nick (left to right) are the driving force behind the success of Train Trader. Both are enthusiastic model train buffs, with extensive experience in collecting and building model train displays.

They also each have a background of 15 years in the computer industry, and are therefore uniquely placed to maintain Train Trader's leading position, as model railway building moves quickly into the digital era. You can be assured of the right advice and products for all your digital model needs.
